The Valdilago Farm comes from the Agricultural Mancini, producing wine for three generations. An inborn passion for wine was the stimulus that has animated the selection of vineyards in soils highly suited for viticulture in the heart of Tuscany.

The special microclimate and the ideal of the ground allow us to produce excellent grapes, collected only the achievement of a perfectly ripe and carefully selected for our wines.

MARCO MANCINI believed in the richness of this tradition and has recovered in a modern way, by adopting the most innovative production methods.

Each wine is an expression of the territory and of the vineyard to which he belongs; each vineyard is followed with care and passion and the production of the grapes it took place so that everything is as natural as possible, respecting the environment and the consumer.
